We want your feet to stay comfortable, so we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed socks in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the exchange and return process simple and hassle-free.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused socks in their original individual packaging and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
